Help during your studies
In this section, you will find useful resources to help you manage your studies.
Monash campus services
Monash University is Australia’s largest university with a presence in four continents and four campuses in Melbourne. Our online students have access to several on-campus services that can be accessed either online or in-person if you’re located in Victoria.
Study and Administrative Services
Your first point of contact throughout your studies should be your Student Support Advisor. However, Monash Connect is also able to assist with general enquires on student forms, ID cards, academic transcripts, student letters and so on.
Our libraries have the resources you need to complete your study or research. You can access the library online or in person, and borrow books or request electronic delivery of print material.
Career Connect supports you in achieving your career goals by providing professional development opportunities. Make an appointment with one of our friendly career education consultants or log into Career Gateway to view available jobs.
There are medical clinics at our Caulfield, Clayton, and Peninsula campuses staffed by a team of qualified healthcare providers. Visit the University Health Service website to learn about the range of medical services we offer, including travel advice and vaccinations, counselling, referrals, minor surgery, skin checks, and pathology.
Learn how to improve your study habits with online resources and lectures, or attend events hosted at one of our libraries if you’re located in Victoria. Visit the Research and Learning Online website to find a range of resources on topics such as studying for exams, speaking and giving presentations, and researching for assignments.
If you experience any technical issues outside of working hours, you can visit the eSolutions service desk (for online students only). They will help answer questions related to the My. Monash portal or navigating your way around the university website.
Students with a disability
Monash Online supports all students with disabilities, including ongoing medical or mental health conditions. The Disability Support Service webpage provides more information about our policies and services.
