In ‘Cybercrime’ you will get an overview of the legal issues that emerge when electronic and telecommunication devices are used in a crime. Devices such as these present a significant challenge to investigative agencies and to conventional ideas of crime and jurisdiction. You will learn about different kinds of cybercrime, detection and investigation, application of existing criminal law principles, legislative responses, and jurisdictional issues.
