In ‘Ethics, policy and governance’ questions about the governance, ethics and accountability of new technologies are raised. Your learning will focus on debates about the theories, principles and values that should guide the development and application of digital technologies. You will also evaluate the governance methods that currently exist and consider what other methods should be introduced to minimise the risks associated with new technology.
