Description:

Project managers require a range of techniques to deal with projects that may be volatile, uncertain, complex, and ambiguous. This unit will explore the need for project managers to develop bespoke approaches which address the unique requirements of innovation-driven projects. With a focus on design thinking, you will evaluate the requirements of a specific (disruptive) innovation and propose a unique project design to achieve the organisation’s goals.
