Description:
In ‘technology, justice and human rights’ you will examine how existing and future technologies impact individuals’ human rights, looking closely at freedom of expression and freedom from discrimination. You will then learn how a human rights framework may be applied to the regulation of these technologies. You apply your learning by assessing and deconstructing future law reform proposals and forming proposals of your own as part of your assessments.
