This unit explores engagement, development and performance of people in organisations in light of an increasingly digital and dynamic business environment. You will explore people analytics, models and methods to generate insights for decision-making. Specific areas of focus include the adoption of digital technologies (e.g. systems, media, and platforms) in people management, the integration of AI systems in the performance of work, and new dynamics in the relationship between organisations and workers.
